How it works

Exporting from Cameroon, step by step

EnnyMatts Global Solutions exports premium Cameroonian agricultural products to international markets. Understanding how the process works helps you plan purchases, avoid delays and stay compliant with trade standards — so here is exactly what happens between the farm and your warehouse.

The process

Nine stages, one traceable consignment

  1. Step 01

    Product selection & sourcing

Every consignment starts at the farm gate. We buy Irvingia gabonensis (bush mango), PGI Penja pepper, assorted nuts and avocado directly from registered growers and cooperatives in the South-West, Littoral and Western Highlands.

    • Direct partnerships with farmers and cooperatives — no intermediaries
    • Quality, hygiene and sustainability checked at source
    • Only lots that meet international export grades are accepted
  2. Step 02

    Processing & value addition

At our Douala floor, raw produce is turned into market-ready goods so buyers receive stock they can sell, roast, press or formulate immediately.

    • Cleaning and sorting to remove foreign matter and defective kernels
    • Controlled solar and mechanical drying to hit moisture specification
    • Grinding and powdering of nuts and kernels on request
    • Calibration and hand-grading of fresh avocado
  3. Step 03

    Quality assurance & certification

International buyers need certified, traceable product. Each lot is tested and documented before it is released for packing.

    • Moisture, purity and foreign-matter testing
    • Aflatoxin, microbial and pesticide-residue analysis
    • Phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin
    • Lot-level traceability back to plot and harvest date
  4. Step 04

    Packaging & labelling

Packaging protects quality in transit and satisfies your customs and retail requirements.

    • Vacuum-sealed, jute or woven polypropylene bags for dry goods
    • Moisture-barrier liners for kernels and ground products
    • Ventilated cartons and pallets for fresh avocado
    • Custom labelling: batch number, net weight, origin, handling instructions
  5. Step 05

    Export documentation

Your broker gets a complete pack ahead of loading, so clearance is never held up by paperwork.

    • Commercial invoice and packing list
    • Bill of lading or air waybill
    • Phytosanitary and health certificates
    • Certificate of origin and certificate of analysis
  6. Step 06

    Customs clearance & compliance

We handle Cameroonian export formalities and align each shipment with the import rules of your destination market.

    • Registered exporter with the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce
    • Export permits for regulated commodities
    • EU MRL, UK and US FDA food-safety compliance
    • Pre-shipment inspection where the buyer's market requires it
  7. Step 07

    Transport & logistics

Consignments leave through the Port of Douala or Douala International Airport, depending on product and urgency.

    • FOB, CIF and CFR terms available
    • Reefer and cold-chain handling for fresh avocado
    • Air freight for sample and small high-value lots
    • Container tracking and status updates until arrival
  8. Step 08

    International market access

We ship regularly into Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Asia and North America, with documentation prepared to each region's standards.

    • Europe & UK: Germany, France, Netherlands, United Kingdom
    • Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar
    • Asia: China, India, Malaysia
    • North America: USA and Canada
  9. Step 09

    After-sales support

Delivery is not the end of the relationship. We stay available for storage guidance, repeat orders and new-market questions.

    • Storage and handling guidance per product
    • Priority scheduling for repeat and contract volumes
    • Consultation on market requirements for first-time buyers
    • Support by email, phone and WhatsApp
